Growing up in a family whose business is restaurant, Joan Roca and his brothers are destined to be chefs. At an early age, Joan used to help his parents in their restaurant before he decided that he wants to be a chef. Today, chef Roca and his two brothers are the chefs of their own restaurant, El Celler de Can Roca. Each chef has their own special skills, his brother Josep is the sommelier and Jordi is the pastry chef. Together, the Roca brothers serve food with both modern and traditional techniques.
